摘 要:以普通油茶闽43为材料,研究温度、GA浓度和时间等单因素对油茶果实采后处理的影响,并在单因素试验的基础上,以响应面分析法对油茶果实采后处理过程中种仁含油率提升的条件进行优化,采用Design-Expert 8.0软件获得最优采后处理组合并进行验证试验。结果表明,最优采后处理组合为温度25.10℃,GA浓度403.64 mg·L^(-1),时间6.81 d,油茶种仁含油率最大预测值为48.26%,比对照提升了5.69%;在此处理条件下,种仁含油率的验证试验实测值为48.66%,与最大预测值基本符合。In this paper, we studied the response of Camellia oleifera 'Min43' fruits to temperature, GA concentration and time during the postharvest handling period. In a single factor experiment, we optimized the oil ex- traction conditions from oil-tea Camellia fruits during postharvest handling using the response surface methodology and obtained the optimal combination using the Design-Expert 8.0 software. Finally, a verification test was imple- mented according to the optimal combination. The results showed that the optimal combination was: temperature, 25.10℃; GA concentration, 403.64 mg.L-1; time, 6.81 d. The maximum predicted oil content in seeds of C oleifera 'Min43' was 48.26%, which was increased by 5.69% compared with the control group. Under these conditions, the oil content of seeds of C. oleifera 'Min43' fruits was 48.66%, which is consistent with the maximum predicted value.
