摘　　要：知识产权诉前禁令对于预防侵权行为具有明显的止损作用,而知识产权诉前禁令审查标准是颁发诉前禁令的关键,会对受害人的权利保障造成直接影响,如何科学界定其内容,更好适用于司法实践,是我国建设知识产权强国的重要任务。Preliminary injunction of intellectual property could prevent the loss of torts, and reviewing the injunction stand- ard plays an important role in protecting the right of victim. How to define the dimension and make it more applicable to practice is a very important task nowadays.
