摘 要:为了深入了解重金属污染对农产品质量的影响,以便为当地产业发展提供决策依据,在广西桑蚕主产区随机采集蚕蛹样品,用湿法消解,氢化物发生-原子荧光光度法,测定了蚕蛹中的As、Hg、Se、Sb等重金属含量。结果表明:所测蚕蛹样品中的As、Hg、Se、Sb含量分别为:0.60 mg/kg^13.77 mg/kg、0.003 mg/kg^0.059 mg/kg、0.56 mg/kg^5.50 mg/kg、0.000~0.072 mg/kg。参照相关的食品安全国家标准,广西蚕蛹样品中的As含量全部超标(≥0.5 mg/kg);Se的含量相对较高,均超出了肉类和蛋白类食品的安全标准(≤0.5 mg/kg);大部分蚕蛹样品(92.6%)中的Hg含量没有超标(≤0.05 mg/kg),但有2个蚕蛹样品的Hg含量达到临界值,1个蚕蛹样品的Hg含量超标;蚕蛹样品中的Sb含量均非常低。采自矿区及其邻近县市的蚕蛹样品,其重金属含量超标情况尤为严重。因为广西蚕蛹样品中的As和Se含量偏高,所以在金属矿区或工矿企业周围发展桑蚕产业应合理规避环境风险,开发利用蚕蛹等桑蚕副产品,应对其重金属进行有效清除或进行无害化处理。In order to understand the impact of heavy metal pollution on the quality of agricultural products, so as to provide decision-making basis for the development of local industry, silkworm chrysalis were random collected from the main production areas in Guangxi. Heavy metal content of arsenic, mercury, selenium and stibium in samples were determined by wet digestion, hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The results showed that heavy metal content of As, Hg, Se and Sb in samples were 0.60 mg/kg-13.77 mg/kg, 0.003 mg/kg-0.059 mg/kg, 0.56 mg/kg-5.50 mg/kg and 0.000-0.072 mg/kg respectively. Referenced to the national food safety standard related, As content in all samples exceeded the standard(≥0.5 mg/kg). Se content of the sam-ples were relatively high, and exceeded the national safety standards of meat and protein foods(≤0.5mg/kg). Hg content of most samples(92.6%) didn't exceed the standard, but two samples of them approached the critical value(0.05 mg/kg), one of the samples exceeded the standard. Sb content in the samples were very low. Because of unable to find the appropriate food or drug safety standards, whether Sb content was excessive or not, it could not be determined. Because of heavy metal pollution, the situation of the samples collected from mining and its neighboring counties were particularly serious. Based on the results and analysis, some suggestions were put forward by the authors. Because of As and Se content of the silkworm chrysalis collected from Guangxi were relatively higher than that of the other places, so, it should be reasonable to avoid the environmental risks in the process of silkworm industry development in the mining area or its surroundings. Furthermore, the exploitation of silkworm byproducts, the heavy metal elements must be effectively removed or harmless treated.
