摘　　要：目的:探讨核Survivin和Aurora-B在口腔鳞癌(OSCC)中的表达及关联。方法:免疫组织化学法检测Survivin和Aurora-B在OSCC中的表达及与临床病理学特征的关联。结果:核Survivin和Aurora-B在OSCC组织中显示高表达,不仅两者的表达密切相关,而且两者高表达的病例与淋巴结转移及组织学分化密切相关。结论:核Survivin和Aurora-B可以作为OSCC诊断标记和治疗的靶向。Objective： To investigate the expression and correlation of nuclear survivin and aurora-B in oral squamous cell carcinoma （OSCC）. Methods： Imrnunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of survivin and aurora-B in OSCC. The correlation between the expressions and the correlation of survivin and aurora-B in OSCC with the clinicopathological features were studied. Results： High expression of nuclear survivin was shown in OSCC and aurora-B also showed high expression, indicating that nuclear Survivin and aurora-B expression was closely related. Conclusion： The high expression of survivin and aurora-B promotes the occurrence and development of OSCC.
