摘  要:目的探讨核呼吸因子(NRF)-1在乳腺癌组织中的表达及与患者临床病理特征、Ki-67表达的关系。方法选取手术切除后经病理学证实为乳腺癌的117例患者的癌组织标本(乳腺癌组)、60例乳腺良性疾病患者的乳腺组织(良性组),分别采用En Vision染色法进行检测,观察两组标本中NRF-1蛋白、Ki-67蛋白的表达及二者相关性。结果乳腺癌组织中的NRF-1阳性表达率(76.07%)显著低于良性组(100.00%)(P<0.05),Ki-67阳性表达率(79.49%)显著高于良性组(20.00%)(P<0.05)。乳腺癌组织中的NRF-1阳性表达与组织学分级、TNM分期、发生淋巴结转移具有显著的关系(P<0.05)。乳腺癌组织中的NRF-1与Ki-67蛋白的表达呈现显著的负相关(r=-0.868,P<0.001)。结论乳腺癌患者的NRF-1、Ki-67表达发生异常,NRF-1表达与患者的临床病理特征、Ki-67表达具有显著的相关性。Objective To research and analyze the expression of nuclear respiratory factor( NRF)-1 in breast cancer tissue and the relationship between the expression of NRF-1 and clinicopathologic features of patients and Ki-67 expression. Methods Cancer tissue from117 patients confirmed by pathology after surgery( breast cancer group) and benign breast tissue from 60 cases of benign breast diseases( benign group) were chosen and detected by En Vision staining. The expressions of NRF-1 and Ki-67 protein and the correlation were observed.Results The positive expression rate of NRF-1 in breast cancer( 76.07%) was significantly lower than that in benign group( 100%,P 0. 05),and the positive expression rate of Ki-67 in breast cancer was significantly higher than that in benign group( 20%,P〈0.05). The positive expression of NRF-1 in breast cancer tissues was significantly related to the histological grade,TNM staging and lymph node metastasis in breast cancer patients( P〈0.05). The expression of NRF-1 and Ki-67 protein in breast cancer tissues were significantly negative correlated( r=-0.868,P 0. 001). Conclusions The expressions of Ki-67 and NRF-1 in patients with breast cancer are abnormal. The expression of NRF-1 is significantly correlated with the clinicopathologic features of patients and Ki-67 expression.
