摘 要:优化福林酚法测定酸浆宿萼总多酚含量的条件,并对其进行分析评价。结果表明:样本0.5 mL,福林酚用量1.0 mL,10%Na_2CO_3用量8 mL,当反应时间为2.5 h,反应温度为20℃,在波长760 nm处测定时,总多酚的含量与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,该方法操作简便、灵敏度高、精密度高,稳定性好,适宜酸浆宿萼总多酚含量的测定。The optimum condition on determining total polyphenols content in calyx physalis by Folin-ciocalteu method was studied. The results indicated that the optimum conditions for total polyphenols determination by Folin-Ciocalteu were as follows:1.0 mL of Folin-ciocalteu reagent was added in 0.5 mL of sample, and then 8 mL of 10%sodium carbonate solution was added. After the coloration reaction was for 2.5 h at 20℃, the optical density was measured at 760 nm. Under the optimum conditions, the absorbance increased linearly with the concentration of gallic acid. The method is fast, highly precise and stable, and suitable for determining total polyphenol content in calyx physalis.
