摘  要:食品安全法律体系是维护人民生命健康必备的法律措施,关系到一个国家的社会和谐稳定和经济的健康发展。中国是经济和人口大国,为维护我国的食品安全问题,党和政府一直致力于建立一个高效稳定的食品安全法律体系。随着食品安全监管工作的大量进行,我们积累了丰富的食品安全法律法规,现阶段我国的食品安全法律体系得到充分的发展,已经接近于发达国家水平。然而,频繁爆发的食品安全问题透露出我国食品安全法律体系仍然不够完善,需要进一步修改调整,达到真正的提高。通过对我国食品安全法律体系的发展过程和现状进行分析,综述目前我国食品安全法律体系建设过程中所遇到的问题,并提出多项建议。The food safety law system is to protect people's legal measures are essential to life and health, is related to a country's social harmony and stability and healthy development of the economy.Chinese economy and most populous country, in order to safeguard our country's food safety problems, the party and the government has been committed to build an efficient and stable food safety legal system.With a lot of food safety supervision work, rich food safety law of the law have been accumulated, the present stage our country's food safety legal system are fully development, already close to the level of the developed countries.However, frequent outbreaks of food safety problems still reveal a food safety law system in our country is still not perfect, need further modify, to improve the real.This article through to the development of the food safety law system in our country and the status quo analysis, summarized the current our country food safety problems encountered in the process of legal system construction, and puts forward several suggestions.
