摘　　要：【目的】比较不同方式下乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检(sentinel lymph node biopsy,SLNB)的应用效果。【方法】选取我院2015年1月至2016年6月间收治的乳腺癌患者150例作为研究对象,按照术中乳腺癌SLNB方式的不同分为O组和E组,每组均为75例,O组患者采用开放式SLNB,E组患者采用腔镜下SLNB,比较两组患者围术期主要指标。【结果】E组患者的SLNB手术操作时间(37.2±4.2)min,显著长于O组(16.9±3.5)min,但术后美学满意度96.00%,则显著高于O组30.67%,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】腔镜下行乳腺癌SLNB可以在保证治疗效果的前提下,提高乳房美观性,改善患者术后生活质量,值得临床推广应用。【Objective】To compare the application efficacy of sentinel lymph node biopsy（SLNB） in breast cancer by different methods.【Methods】A total of 150 patients with breast cancer in our hospital were selected as research objects from January 2015 to June 2016.According to the different methods of SLNB in breast cancer surgery, they were divided into two groups, 75 cases per group. The patients in O group were treated with open SLNB, while those in E group were treated with endoscopic SLNB. Main perioperative indexes were compared between the two groups.【Results】The operation time of SLNB in the E group was（37.2±4.2） min which was significantly longer than that [（16.9±3.5） min] in the O group, but the postoperative aesthetic satisfaction was 96.00% which was significantly higher than that（30.67%） in the O group（P〈0.05）.【Conclusion】Endoscopic SLNB for breast cancer can improve breast appearance and the quality of life in patients under the premises of ensuring the therapeutic efficacy. Therefore, it is worthy of clinical application.
