摘  要:目的观察内界膜剥除、黄斑前膜剥除联合硅油取出治疗硅油眼黄斑前膜的临床疗效。方法临床病例回顾性研究。对2014年8月至2016年2月在郑州市第二人民医院眼科收治的硅油眼黄斑前膜患者48例(48只眼),患者均行硅油取出、黄斑前膜及内界膜剥除、玻璃体腔注入2mg曲安奈德。观察患者术前及术后的视力及视网膜厚度(CMT)变化。结果术后两周、1月、3月,患者BCVA逐渐提高,与术前比较差异有统计学意义(均P〈0.05)。术后两周、1月、3月,CMT逐渐减少,与术前比较差异有统计学意义(均P〈0.05)。结论硅油取出的同时行黄斑前膜及内界膜的剥除治疗硅油眼黄斑前膜是安全有效的,可以减轻黄斑水肿,提高视力,减少了手术次数。Objective To observe the effect of internal limiting membrane peeling and macular epiretinal membrane peeling and removal of silicone oil in the treatment of silicone oil eye macular epiretinal membrane. Methods Forty-eight eyes with silicone oil eye macular epiretinal membrane from August 2014 to February 2016 were retrospectively reviewed. The patients underwent removal of silicone oil, epiretinal membrane and internal limiting membrane peeling and intravitreal injection of triamcinlolone acetonide (TA) 2mg. The change of the vision and the thickness of macular before and after operation (2 weeks, 1 month and 3 months) were observed. Results The vision promoted gradually in 2 weeks, 1 month and 3 months after operation, the difference was significant, P 〈 0.05. The thickness of macular decreased obviously, the difference was significant, P 〈0.05. Conclu- sions Removing inner limiting membrane with injecting TA into vitreous space to treat silicone oil eye macular epiretinal membrane are safe and effective, alleviating macular edema, improving vision, reducing the number of surgery.
