上海烟草绿色可持续发展标准体系研究

摘　　要：根据国家烟草专卖局的批复,上海烟草浦东科技创新园区建设项目将建设成为绿色、节能、环保、可持续发展的科技创新园区。本文以浦东科技创新园区建设为核心,建立上海烟草可持续标准体系为主要目标,构建生态建筑、可持续工厂、产品生态设计、社会责任等可持续发展系统,重点研究分析在项目设计、施工、调试运行管理、后评价等阶段可持续标准体系建设的具体内容与活动,搭建上海烟草绿色可持续发展标准体系框架。According to the approval of the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration, Pudong Science and Technology Innovation Park will be built into a science and technology innovation park with green, energy-saving, environmental protecting and sustainable development. This paper takes the construction of Pudong Science and Technology Innovation Park as the core, sets up the standards system on Shanghai tobacco sustainable development as the main target, builds a sustainable development systems covering ecological architecture, sustainable factory, product ecological design, social responsibility, focuses on the research and analysis of the specific content and activities in the sustainable standard system construction during project design, construction, debugging, running management, post-evaluation phases. Finally, it puts forward the construction scheme of the standards system on green and sustainable development of tobacco in Shanghai.
