丁苯酞对进展性脑梗死患者神经功能及血清神经因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的：观察丁苯酞对进展性脑梗死患者神经功能及血清神经因子水平的影响，探讨丁苯酞在进展性脑梗死治疗中的应用价值。方法进展性脑梗死192例，根据入院时间随机分成观察组（96例）和对照组（96例）。所有患者均接受阿司匹林抗血小板聚集，立普妥片降脂，血栓通针活血化瘀等基础治疗，观察组同时给予丁苯酞氯化钠静脉滴注，连续治疗14d。观察两组患者NIHSS、BI评分及血清神经因子水平，并比较其差异。结果治疗14d后，观察组NIHSS评分显著低于对照组，而BI评分则显著高于对照组；观察组血清神经因子NSE、MBP、S100B水平显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）。观察组总有效率为67.74%显著高于对照组的53.26%（P〈0.05）。结论丁苯酞是一种确实有效的神经功能保护剂，有利于促进进展性脑梗死患者的康复，改善患者的预后。ObjectiveTo observe the influence of butyphthalide on nerve function and serum levels of nerve factors in patients with progressive cerebral infarction,and to investigate the application value of butylphthalide in the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction.Methods192 cases of patients with progressive cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups according to the time of admission,control group and observation group,each group had 96cases. Patients were given the basic treatment of aspirin for antiplatelet aggregation,Lipitor for Lipid lowering,and xueshuantong injection for blood circulation,the patients in the observation group were combined with butyphthalide and sodium chloride infusion for 14 consecutive days. Then the difference of the scores of NIHSS,BI and the serum levels of nerve factors between the two groups were compared. ResultsAfter 14 days treatment,the NIHSS score of observation group was lower than that in control group,while the BI was higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）. The serum levels of nerve factors such as NSE、MBP、S100B of observation group were all lower than those in control group（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of observation group was 67.74% which was significantly higher than that of control group 53.26%（P〈0.05）. ConclusionButyphthalide is a kind of effective protective agent for nerve function,it will help for promoting the rehabilitation and improving the prognosis of patients with progressive cerebral infarction.
