摘  要:离心压缩机的特性曲线对压缩机运行具有重要的指导意义,离心压缩机实际运行转速通常与操作手册中的运行转速相差较大,造成操作手册中的特性曲线无法准确反映压缩机实际运行状态。以某离心压缩机为研究对象,根据操作手册中给出的7条特性曲线,采用BP神经网络实现压缩机连续转速的特性曲线预测。通过测试样本计算了预测结果的误差,验证了该方法的有效性;对实际转速下的特性曲线进行了绘制,得到了压缩机的实际运行工况点。The performance curve of centrifugal compressor is of great significance to compressor operation. There is big difference between actual operation speed and designed speed mentioned in operation manual. Performance curve in operations manual can't reflect compressor's actual running state. With certain type centrifugal compressor taken as research object, performance curves for continuous running of centrifugal compressor prediction is realized through BP neural network based on seven performance curves in operations manual. The error of predictive result is calculated through sample testing. Effectiveness of method is verified. Performance curve of centrifugal compressor is drew under actual speed. The point of actual operating conditions is obtained.
