摘　　要：中国共产党领导法治发展遵循着一定的历史逻辑:法治发展是一个质量不断提高的过程,而且也是一个内容不断丰富的过程。同时法治发展是一个不断展示社会发展的过程,呈现出自身的特点。法治发展既具有历时态又具有共时态的特点,法治发展也体现了事物发展的长期性、艰巨性和曲折性。把握中国共产党领导法治发展的历史逻辑及其特点,对全面推进依法治国意义重大。The development of the Communist Party of China＇ s rule of law follows some certain historical logic. The development of rule of law is a process of constantly improving the quality, and a process of enriching the contents.At the same time, the development of rule of law is a process of showing the social development,presenting its own characteristics. Thedevelopment of rule of law is both diachronic and synchronic, and indicates that the development of the thing is long-term,arduous and tortuous.It is of great significance to promote the rule of law by grasping the historical logic and the characteristics of the CPC＇ s rule of law.
