摘 要:本文以某家具工厂雕刻平面加工作业为研究对象,利用工业工程理论,按照程序分析、操作分析、动作分析三个层次对该作业流程整体、人机配合度及操作主体三方面进行作业分析研究,优化了加工流程,提高了家具企业的生产效率。本文结合工人实际操作提出了两套优化方案:(1)增加一名辅助操作人员结合人机操作分析,优化前后对比显示,作业周程由原来的l 260 s减少至630 s,数控设备的利用率由原来的86.5%提高到98.4%(2)不增加辅助工人,利用ECRS原理优化原有操作流程,优化前后对比显示,加工流程总用时减少20 s,且操作工人左右手协调度明显提高。Taking the plane engraving processing operations in one furniture factory as the object of study, the operation analysis was conducted in aspects of the whole operation process, man-machine integration, and operating body under three levels as program, operation, and motion analysis through the industrial engineering theory with an aim to optimize the processing flow and improve the furniture production efficiency. Combining with the actual operation of the workers, the paper puts forward two proposals of optimization : 1. augmenting an auxiliary operator in combining with man-machine operation analysis. The result after optimization represented that the operating cycle reduced to 630 s from the original 1 260 s, and the utilization rate of numerical control (NC) equipment enhanced from 86.5% to 98.4%. 2. without augmenting any workers by using the ECRS principles to optimize the original operating procedures, the comparison result showed that the total processing time was reduced by 20 s, and the operation of the operator was significantly improved.
