摘  要:以芦丁为标准品测定小叶薜荔根茎提取物中黄酮的含量,利用96微孔板法测定提取物对α-葡萄糖苷酶以及乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)的抑制作用。结果表明:小叶薜荔根茎提取物中黄酮质量分数为0.8%~7.1%,提取物对α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制IC50值达到0.018g/L,对AChE抑制IC50值达到0.133g/L。粗提物的总黄酮含量与抗α-葡萄糖苷酶能力之间具有较为明显的相关性。The extracts obtained from rhizome of Ficus pumila L. were evaluated for its yield of total flavonoids by standard sample rutin. Their α-glucosidase and acetylcholinesterase (ACHE) inhibitory potency were also explored by the 96-micro-plate-based method. The regult showed that the total flavonoids content of the extracts ranged from 0.8 % to 7.1 % and the extracts had high inhibitory activity toward α-glucosidase and AChE with IC50 values are up to 0.018 g/L and 0.133 g/L respectively. A clear correlation between the total flavonoids content and α-glucosidase inhibitory activity was found.
