摘 要:目的:研究乳腺密度、性激素补充治疗与乳腺癌的关系。方法:选取的研究对象:2015年10月至2016年5月在我院确诊为乳腺癌的200例患者,所有患者年龄均>35岁,通过基本检查(乳腺X线钼靶摄影、乳腺彩超)和病理诊断以确诊,分为经过激素补充治疗(试验组)和未经激素补充治疗(对照组)两组,对其进行乳腺X线钼靶摄影检查,回顾性对比两组患者的乳腺密度,并且分析围绕经期患者的乳腺密度,分析性激素补充治疗与乳腺癌的关系。结果:试验组患者各个等级(≤25%,26%-50%,51%-75%,>75%)乳腺密度的人数比例分别为20.00%,33.00%,40.00%,7.00%,与对照组各个等级的乳腺密度分布相比其差异在统计学上有意义(P<0.05)。试验组和对照组绝经后的乳腺密度与绝经前相比明显减低,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且绝经前,试验组和对照组的乳腺密度无明显差异(P>0.05),绝经后,试验组和对照组的乳腺密度也无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:乳腺密度与乳腺癌的发生存在着密切的关系,且在乳腺密度高于一定程度时,乳腺癌的发病率将大大增加。可根据乳腺密度和乳腺癌的关系寻找治疗乳腺癌更加有效的方法,提高乳腺癌的诊治率。研究发现性激素补充治疗能够在一定程度上使患者复发风险增加。Objective: To study the breast density, the relationship between sex hormone replacement therapy and breast cancer.Methods: selection of object of study: in October 2015 to May 2016 in our hospital diagnosed with breast cancer of 200 patients, all patients were aged 〉 35, through basic check(X-ray mammography breast photography, mammary gland colour to exceed) and pathological diagnosis to diagnose, divided into after hormone replacement therapy(treatment group) and without hormone replacement therapy(control group) in the two groups, on the breast X-ray mammography angiography, were retrospectively compared two groups of patients with breast density, and analysis around the period of patients with breast density, analysis the relationship between sex hormone replacement therapy and breast cancer. Results: the experimental group patients each level(25% or less, 26-50%, 51-75% and 〉75%) of breast density proportion were 20.00%, 33.00%, 40.00%, 7.00%, compared with the control group various levels of breast density distribution difference was statistically significant(P〈 0.05). Experimental group and control group in postmenopausal breast density compared with premenopausal significantly reduced, and the difference is statistically significant(P〈 0.05), and premenopausal, experimental group and control group in breast density has no obvious difference(P〉 0.05), after menopause, experimental group and control group in breast density has no significant difference(P〉 0.05). Conclusion: breast density there exists a close relation with breast cancer, and in breast density is higher than a certain degree, the incidence of breast cancer will increase greatly. According to the relationship of breast density and breast cancer to find more effective method for breast cancer, the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer rates. The study found that hormone replacement therapy can to a certain extent, increase patients’ risk of recurrence.
