摘　　要：目的探析结肠癌组织中AQP1表达与临床病理特征之间的关系与预后。方法选择2010年1月至2013年1月期间我院收治的55例结肠癌患者为研究对象,对AQP1表达情况进行检测,对结肠癌病理特征与AQP1之间的关系进行分析。结果癌旁组织与结肠癌的AQP1表达比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结肠癌组织中AQP1表达明显升高,与预后和临床病理特征有关,是比较重要的一个指标。Objective To explore AQP1 expression in colorectal cancer tissue and the relationship between the clinical pathologic features and prognosis. Methods January 2010- January 2010 our hospital during the period of 55 cases of colon cancer patients as the research object, to test the AQP1 expression situation, for colon cancer pathological characteristics and the relationship between the AQP1 is analyzed. Results Tissue adjacent to carcinoma compared with colon cancer AQP1 expression was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion AQP1 expression in colorectal cancer tissue increased significantly, is associated with prognosis and clinical pathologic features, is one of the more important indicators.
