专业认证——我国体育教育专业人才培养质量保障的新举措

摘　　要：体育教育专业认证是提高我国未来体育教师素质,保障体育教育专业质量的重要手段。它对完善体育专业质量标准,严把新增专业准入门槛,执行教师资格证书制度和实现教师国际等效交流等,均具有重大的现实意义。我国体育教育专业认证目前仍处于酝酿和萌芽阶段,但推动该项工作已迫在眉睫。我们应当借鉴发达国家先进经验,并结合我国体育教育实际,树立"以学生为中心"、"成果导向教育"和"质量持续改进"的核心理念,组建权威的专业认证机构,制定完善的专业认证标准,进行科学的专业认证测评,加强社会合作与国际互认,推动我国体育教育专业认证工作向纵深方向发展。Professional accreditation of physical education is one important means for improving the quality of the future physical education teachers and achieving the educational objectives.It is of significantly practical importance for enhancing the quality standards,strictly controlling the introduction of new programs,implementing license policy for teacher＇s qualification,and promoting effective international scholarly exchanges.The professional accreditation of physical education in China is currently at an initial stage,but its enhancement is of urgent demand.Experiences of those developed countries should be drawn.Accreditation should be student-oriented,achievement-directed and quality-improving.Authorized professional certification institutions should be established and build accreditation standards and scientific assessment,enhance social cooperation and international recognition.
