摘 要:目的探讨混合式教学在眼科临床教学中的应用。方法根据临床眼科学教学特点,针对目前传统医学教学模式存在的问题,本文提出开展混合式教学模式的重要性,并将混合式教学应用到眼科本科教学中。对2009级5年制本科生眼科学混合式学习进行分段设计,对比分析2008级本科生与2009级本科生眼科考试成绩,并通过调查问卷初步了解本科生对混合式学习的反应。结果 2008级本科生与2009级本科生对于基本知识点的考试分值分别为61.8±8.2与62.1±7.8,二者无显著性差异(P=0.692);对于拓展知识点的考试分值分别为7.8±5.7与9.2±4.9,二者有显著性差异(P<0.05)。调查问卷显示,超过80%的学生普遍认可混合式学习在眼科教学中的应用,提高了学生学习主动性,促进了师生互动交流。结论混合式教学在眼科临床教学中的应用有助于提高教学效率,更好地实现教学目标。Objective To discuss the role of application of the blended learning method in clinical ophthalmology teaching. Methods Based on the characteristics of clinical ophthalmology and the problems in the traditional medical teaching model in ophthalmology, we pointed out the importance of adopting blended learning and applied blended learning model in clinical ophthalmology teaching. We designed to use blended learning model on 2009 undergraduates, investigated the response to the blended learning through the questionnaire, and compared their examination results with 2008 undergraduates. Results Test scores of basic knowledge in 2008 undergraduates were 61.8 ± 8.2, compared with 62.1 ± 7. 8 in 2009 undergraduates (P=-0. 692) ; test scores of expand knowledge were 7.8 ± 5.7, compared with 9.2 ±4. 9 in 2009 undergraduates (P〈0. 05). The survey showed that more than 80% of the students generally accepted the application of blended learning model in Ophthalmology, approved that the blended learning method in clinical ophthalmology teaching could improve students' learning initiative, and promote the interaction between teachers and students. Conclusion The blended learning method in clinical ophthalmology teaching can improve the efficiency of teaching and achieve the teaching goal better.
