摘 要:目的调查医学本科生对患者安全知识需求的现状。方法便利选取天津市和福州市488名医学本科生作为研究对象,采用患者安全知识培训需求问卷进行调查。结果医学本科生患者安全知识需求平均得分为(3.95±0.51)分,得分最高的维度为常见患者安全问题预防(4.17±0.60)分,得分最低的维度为患者安全相关证据和信息使用(3.75±0.70)分。结论医学本科生对患者安全知识需求较高,应结合理论与实践,运用多元化的教育方法,开展跨专业多层次的患者安全教育,提高学生的患者安全意识。Objective To investigate the demands on patient safety knowledge among undergraduate medical students. Methods A total of 488 undergraduate medical students were recruited from Tianjin and Fuzhou by using convenient sampling method. They were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire about their demands on patient safety knowledge. Results The average total score of demands on patient safety knowledge was(3.95±0.51 ). Prevention of common patient safety incident was scored the highest (4.17±0,60),while evidence and use of information related to patient safety was scored the lowest (3.75±0.70). Conclusion The demands on patient safety knowledge among undergraduate medical students is relatively high. It is suggested to provide inter-professional and diversified patient safety education to improve medical students' patient safety consciousness.
