摘　　要：阐述建筑智能化系统仿真实验平台的实现,详细介绍将三维建模技术、楼宇监控技术和系统集成技术进行融合的方法,指出实现基于BIM的建筑智能化仿真系统平台建设的重要意义,提出后续建筑智能化系统集成技术理论研究和应用研究的路线和方案以及实验教学的开展。In this paper, how to realize the intelligent building simulation experiment teaching platform and how to combine 3D modeling technology with building monitoring integration technology are significance in realization technology and system introduced in details; the and construction of the aforesaid platform is pointed out, and the approaches and schemes for subsequent study on theory and practice of intelligent building system integration technology as well as how to carry out the experiment teaching activities are proposed.
