摘　　要：KAI1/CD82是近年来发现的特异性肿瘤抑制基因,大量研究证实它可抑制多种不同组织来源的肿瘤细胞转移。KAI1/CD82的表达受多种基因、转录因子和修饰的调控,KAI1/CD82在正常组织广泛表达,在肿瘤组织表达下降。现就KAI1/CD82在转录和翻译后水平的调控机制做一综述。KAI1/CD82 is a specific tumor suppressor gene discovered in recent years. It has been proved that KAI1/CD82 can inhibit the metastasis of tumor cells from many different tissues. The expression of KAI1/CD82 is regulated by a variety of genes, transcription factors and modifiers. KAI1/CD82 is widely expressed in normal tissues and decreased in tumor tissues. The mecha- nism of KAI1/CD82 transcription and post - translational regulation is reviewed.
