2015年河南省疾病预防控制机构公共卫生人力资源调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解我省省级、省辖市级和省直管县(市)疾病预防控制中心公共卫生人力资源现状,为培养基层公共卫生人才提供依据。方法对全省省级、省辖市级和省直管县(市)疾病预防控制中心进行问卷调查,对调查数据进行统计分析。结果省CDC从事公共卫生工作人员20人,18家省辖市CDC 165人,10家省直管县(市)CDC74人,共计259人。所有被调查的人员中,男性153人,占59.07%;30岁以下、30岁~、40岁~和50岁以上的人员数(比例)分别为50人(19.31%)、72人(27.80%)、80人(30.89%)和57人(22.01%);从事营养与食品安全、环境卫生、学校卫生和公共卫生专业的人分别有18.92%、22.39%、19.31%和36.29%;具有博士、硕士、本科、专科学历的人分别占0.39%、9.27%、43.24%和41.7%;具有正高、副高、中级和初级职称的人分别占5.79%、10.42%、27.03%和39.00%;从事本专业工作5年以下、5年~、10年~、20年~和30年以上的人分别占27.80%、25.87%、18.92%、16.60%和10.81%。结论营养与食品安全、环境卫生和学校卫生等公共卫生队伍力量亟待增强。Objective To analysis the current status of human resources of the Centers for Disease Control and Preven- tion（ CDC ） in Henan province, and to provide the scientific basis for the training of the public health human resources in CDCs.Methods Questionnaires were employed in CDCs and the survey data were analyzed. Results The overall sit- uation of the provincial and municipal CDCs was ordinary, however the number of people, the structure of the educa- tional level, the technical post, the proportion of non-professionals and the overall professional quality were obvious unbalanced in county CDCs.Condusions There is an urgent need to strengthen public health professionals of Henan province.
