摘 要:氨基酸是生命体的内源物质,是生物体细胞生长所必须的生理活性物质。氨基酸席夫碱及其金属配合物在医学、医药、催化、光学、材料等诸多领域都具有广阔的应用前景,已成为当前配位化学的研究热点之一。因此,通过反应引入各类功能基团使其衍生化,并合成新型的氨基酸席夫碱及其金属配合物,研究其分子结构、理化性质及实际应用,对配位化学的发展具有重要的意义。本文以L-赖氨酸、5-氯水杨醛作为前躯体,合成了席夫碱配体及L-赖氨酸席夫碱镍、L-赖氨酸席夫碱钴配合物;采用红外光谱、紫外可见光谱、摩尔电导率及热重分析等对配合物进行表征,并推断出可能的化学结构。Amino acid is the endogenous substances of life, as well as the necessity of physiological active substances for cells to grow. The Schiff base of Amino acid and their metal complexes have extensive application prospects in medicine, medicine, catalysis, optics, materials, and many other fields. It has been one of the highlights in the current coordination chemistry. So, deriving the Schiff base of Amino acid and their metal complexes fi'om the reaction with the various functional groups, and making it synthesize into a new kind of Amino acid Schiff base and their metal complexes, as well as studying its molecular structure, physical and chemical properties and practical application is of great significance to the development of coordination chemistry. In this thesis, L-lysine, 5-chloro salicylic aldehyde, nickel acetate, cobalt acetate were used as raw materials and have synthesized L-lysine ligand, L-lysine Schiff base nickel and L-lysine Schiff base cobalt complexes. These complexes were characterized by UV Vis Spectrum, infrared spectrum and TG-DTG analysis and so on. The suggested structures of the complexes were concluded
