摘  要:目的:探讨五脏背俞穴物理特性的改变在临床诊断中的作用与意义,以更好地指导临床诊断。方法:以中国期刊全文数据库及中国生物医学文献数据库为基础,搜集、整理五脏背俞穴物理性质的相关现代文献,通过文献计量学中的文献统计分析法对五脏背俞穴的物理性质、涉及的疾病与具体五脏背俞穴进行分析。结果:穴位温度的文献量最多,主要研究健康人;辐射光谱的文献量次之,涉及原发性高血压的病理变化;在疾病方面,呼吸系统疾病的研究最多;在背俞穴涉及疾病种类方面,肾俞穴的物理性质对疾病最敏感,多系统疾病其物理性质均有相应改变,其他背俞穴位多表现为与本脏相关疾病的变化。结论:五脏背俞穴物理性质改变不仅可以反映疾病,还能对疾病的病位、病性等做辅助诊断,表明五脏背俞穴在临床疾病诊断中的价值与意义。Objective : To investigate the role and significance of the five - Zang back - shu points in the clinical diagnosis in order to better guide clinical diagnosis. Methods : Based on CNKI and CBM, collect and collate relevant physical properties of the five - Zang back - shu points of modem literature. By literature metrology, statistically analyze the physical properties of the five - Zang back - shu points, covering specific diseases and analyze the five - Zang back - shu points. Results : The literature about points temperature occupy the maximum amount, which mainly research health people. The amount of literature about radiation spectrum follows, involving primary hypertension. In terms of disease, respiratory system diseases are at most. The changes of phys- ical properties about Shenshu are related to each system diseases, other back - shu points are mostly connected with the corre- sponding diseases. Conclusion : The physical properties of five - Zang back - shu points can not only reflect the diseases, but also provide auxiliary diagnosis for diseases' location and character.
