产教融合培养应用型口腔医学人才的实践与探索

摘　　要：我院通过产教融合开展本科口腔医学专业学生实习工作，实施实践技能培训与口腔医疗现代化技术培训；系统培养学生的综合素养，临床基础理论，临床实践技能，国际标准化四手、六手操作配合等。并与合作口腔医院共同打造实习就业一体化模式，使学生实习后能够快速独立进行临床操作。产教融合实现了学生实习与就业的零距离接轨，激发了学生的实习热情，从根本上改变了学生毕业实习时操作机会少的现状，切实提高了我院应用型口腔医学人才培养质量。Through the integration of production and education, our university adopted the practice model for undergraduate students of oral medicine, implemented practical skills training and oral medical modernization technology training, and systematically trained undergraduate stomatology students in com- prehensive literacy, clinical basic theory, clinical practice skills, international standardization of four hands, six hand operation technique etc. And we also coopered with the stomatology hospital to create internship employment integration model, so that students could achieve rapid access to clinical practice. Integration of education and industry realized zero distance between the integration of student practice and employ- ment, aroused the students＇ enthusiasm for practice, fundamentally changed the status quo that students lack the operation opportunity and capability during the internship, and effectively improved the training quality of applied stomatological talents of our university.
