参芪扶正注射液联合FLAG方案治疗难治性急性淋巴细胞白血病的疗效及对血清IFN-γ、IL-10的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨参芪扶正注射液联合FLAG方案治疗难治性急性淋巴细胞白血病的疗效及对血清γ干扰素(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)的影响。方法将86例难治性急性淋巴细胞白血病患者随机分为2组,对照组43例给予安慰剂联合FLAG方案治疗,研究组43例给予参芪扶正注射液联合FLAG方案治疗。比较2组治疗后临床疗效,记录2组治疗前后造血功能指标水平,检测2组治疗前后细胞免疫指标以及血清IFN-γ、IL-10水平,统计2组治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,2组缓解率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组红细胞(RBC)、白细胞(WBC)、血小板(Plt)和血红蛋白(Hb)水平均显著高于对照组(P均<0.05);研究组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+和CD3+CD19+均显著高于对照组(P均<0.05);2组IFN-γ显著升高(P均<0.05),IL-10均显著下降(P均<0.05),且研究组IFN-γ显著高于对照组(P<0.05),IL-10显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间,研究组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论参芪扶正注射液联合FLAG方案治疗难治性急性淋巴细胞白血病,可调节血清IFN-γ、IL-10水平和免疫功能,疗效显著。Objective It is to observe the curative effect of Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with FLAG regimen on refractory acute lymphoblastic leukemia and serum interferon-γ（IFN-γ）,interleukin-10（IL-10）. Methods 86 cases of patients with refractory acute lymphoblastic leukemia were randomly divided into two groups：43 cases in control group were given placebo combined with FLAG regimen treatment; 43 cases in study group were given Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with FLAG regimen treatment. Clinical efficacy after treatment were compared between the two groups,the levels of hematopoietic function indexes before and after treatment were recorded in the two groups,cellular immunity index and serum IFN-γ,IL-10 levels before and after treatment were detected in the two groups,adverse reaction conditions during the treatment were observed in the two groups. Results After treatment,there was no significant difference in the remission rate between the two groups（P〉0. 05）. The levels of red blood cell（RBC）,white blood cells（WBC）,platelet（Plt） and hemoglobin（Hb） in the study group were significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈 0. 05）. CD3＋,CD4＋,CD4＋/CD8＋and CD3＋CD19＋in the study group were significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈 0. 05）. IFN-γ was significantly increased while IL-10 was decreased in the two groups（P 〈0. 05）,and IFN-γ was higher while IL-10 was lower in the study group than that in the control group（P 〈0. 05）. During treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with FLAG regimen which can improve the levels of serum IFN-γ and IL-10,regulate immune function has good curative effect on refractory acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
