摘 要:针对城市公共服务设施的配置合理性,以及空间可达性在城市公共服务设施中的研究相对匮乏,以垃圾楼卫生服务设施的区位优化为例,提出了一种基于空间可达性的市政设施区位评估方法。该文采用吉尔特曼的修正重力模型,计算研究范围内垃圾楼的GIS可达性;并计算空间自相关系数实现对城市垃圾楼规划区位的合理性评估。结果表明,西城区垃圾楼的空间布局整体均衡,能够保障市民的垃圾处理需求,但个别街道垃圾楼的可达性还有待提高。该文的研究不仅有助于政府管理与决策部门,同时也为垃圾楼区位优化的定量化研究提供了新的技术路线和方法,寻找适宜的布局区位,保证居民均衡合理享有公共资源与服务。According to the configuration rationality of urban public service facilities,and the fact that spatial accessibility research in urban public service facilities is relatively scare,the paper took location optimization of health services of garbage houses for instance,and put forward a location estimation method for municipal facilities based on spatial accessibility.In this paper,Geertman modified gravity model was utilized to calculate GIS accessibility for garbage houses within the scope of the study area,and the spatial autocorrelation coefficient was also calculated to evaluate the planned location rationality of urban garbage houses.The results indicate that the spatial layout of garbage houses in Xicheng district is overall balanced,which can guarantee citizens' garbage processing requirements.But,accessibility of some subdistricts' garbage houses needs to be improved.The study not only contributes to the government decision-making departments,but also provides a new technical route and method for quantitative research on location optimization of garbage houses,which can find a suitable location layout to ensure resident accessing to public resources and services evenly and reasonably.
