摘　　要：济钢以所生产中厚钢板及试样冷弯后出现裂纹、开裂的实际样品为研究对象,进行一定数量的解理,从钢板内部夹杂物形态、组织形态、表面质量、试样尺寸等影响冷弯结果的多个方面着手,针对钢板冷弯裂纹和开裂现象进行了较为系统的分析,揭示了钢板冷弯裂纹及开裂机理,对预防或减少钢板冷弯裂纹、开裂具有一定的借鉴作用。Taking the sampled medium steel plate and specimen with cracking and opening after cold bending in Jigang as study subject, systematic analysis is performed on the cold bend cracking and opening of steel plate from the aspects of inclusion morphology, microstructure morphology, surface qualify and specimen size affecting the results of cold bending test, revealing the mechanism of cold bend cracking and opening on steel plate and providing references to avoid or reduce the defects.
