摘　　要：大学生社会实践不仅有助于实现应用型本科院校人才培养目标,还有助于对学生个性化能力的培养,使其就业更加顺利。但目前应用型本科院校大学生社会实践缺乏长期有效的支撑体系和物质保障。应用型本科院校大学生社会实践应当结合"应用型"这一特征,在设计内容和形式方面以及组织、管理、考核等程序的安排方面,应加强对学生个性化及思维方式的培养,鼓励学生大胆创新,以构建高校社会实践长效机制。The social practice by the college students not only help to realize the target of talent cultivating in the application - oriented colleges, but also contribute to training students ’ personal ability, promoting their employment. Consequently,combined with the character of “application”,the college students’ social practice in the application - oriented colleges should,in content and form of organization,administration and assessment,strengthen the cultivation of students’ personal ability and ways of thinking and encourage them to innovate boldly so as to build a long-term mechanism of social practice in the application-oriented colleges.
