前牙氧化锆全瓷冠粘固前排龈对牙周组织的影响

摘　　要：目的:比较分析前牙全瓷冠粘固前排龈与否对牙周健康的影响。方法:选择前牙全瓷冠美学修复患者100例,分为粘固前进行排龈组和不进行排龈组,每组各50例。对两组患者牙周改良菌斑指数、改良龈沟出血指数及探诊深度进行跟踪随访,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果:经粘固后所有患者均分别于1、3及6个月复查,两组菌斑指数、探诊深度在1个月及3个月后对比,差异无统计学意义;而6个月后两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。改良龈沟出血指数在粘结后1个月时,两组对比差异无统计学意义,而3个月及6个月后两组对比差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:前牙全瓷修复体粘固前排龈可有效预防牙周病,减少牙周损伤。Objective： To compare the effects of periodontal tissue between gingival retraction or not before the cementation of zirconia ceramic crowns on anterior teeth. Methods： Follow up and measure the meliorated plaque index（ mPLI）,meliorated sulcus bleecling index（ m SBI） and probing depths of two groups that each group with 50 patients,who were division by gingival retraction or not before the cementation of zirconia ceramic crown. Results： Reexamined all the patients after cementation in 1,3 and 6 months. There were no statistically significant difference between two groups in the m PLI and probing depths after 1 month and 3 months respectively. But there was statistically significant difference after 6 months（ P〈 0. 05）. There was no statistically significant difference between two groups in the m SBI after 1 month,but there were statistically significant difference after 3 and 6 months,respectively（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The technology of gingival retraction before the cementation of zirconia ceramic crowns on anterior teeth,which can prevent periondontal disease,and release the damage of periondontal tissue.
