建筑企业工程项目管理模式分析

摘　　要：随着改革开放的快速发展,我国经济建设不断取得新的成效,建筑行业呈现出良好的发展态势,对于推动我国经济发展发挥了重要的作用,而对于建筑企业来说,在我国经济发展步入"新常态"的大背景下,建筑企业之间的竞争越来越激烈,对建筑工程项目的标准也越来越高,因而建筑企业必须高度重视工程项目管理工作,特别是要积极探索符合自身实际的工程项目管理模式,但目前我国一些建筑企业在工程项目管理模式方面仍然存在一些不足之处。本文对建筑企业工程项目管理模式进行了分析,首先分析了建筑工程项目管理的重要性,接着分析了建筑企业工程项目管理存在的突出问题,最后就如何优化建筑企业工程项目管理模式提出了一些有针对性的建议,旨在为加强建筑企业工程项目管理提供一些有益的参考。With the rapid development of China＇s reform and opening-up, remarkable achievements have been made in economic construction, and construction industry has shown a good momentum of development, which played an important role in promoting China＇s economic development. For construction enterprises, under the ＂new normal＂ background of economy, competition among construction companies is increasingly fierce, which makes the standards of construction projects higher and higher.Therefore, construction enterprises must attach great importance to engineering project management, in particular, to actively explore the suitable engineering project management mode. However, at present,some of China＇s construction enterprises still have some inadequacies in engineering management mode.This paper analyzes the engineering project management mode in construction enterprises. Firstly, it focuses on the importance of engineering project management, and then analyzes the outstanding problems of engineering project management in construction enterprises. At last, it puts forward some countermeasures on how to optimize the engineering project management mode of construction enterprises,aiming at providing some useful references for strengthening the engineering project management of construction enterprises.
