当归四逆汤加味联合功能训练应用于手外伤术后临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察当归四逆汤加味内服联合功能训练应用于手外伤术后的临床疗效。方法:将2012年4月—2015年2月本院收治的124例手外伤术后患者随机分为对照组和观察组各62例。对照组术后抗感染、清创、抗菌等常规治疗的基础上进行功能训练;观察组则在功能训练的基础上给予当归四逆汤治疗,每日1剂,连用4周。观察两组患者临床疗效及相关指标的变化情况。结果:观察组优良率为77.4%,明显高于对照组的61.3%,差异性显著(P<0.05);观察组患者的手指总主动活动范围、上肢功能指数、徒手肌力与治疗前及对照组相比改善明显,差异性显著(P<0.05);观察组患者术后疼痛缓解时间、创面愈合时间、住院时间明显短于对照组,差异性显著(P<0.05)。结论:当归四逆汤加味联合功能训练应用于手外伤术后疗效确切。Objective ：To observe the clinical effects of the application of Supplemented Chinese Angelica Frigid Extremities Decoc- tion combined with functional training to postoperation of hand injury. Methods ：Totally 124 patients with hand inju- hospitalized between April ,2012 and February,2015 were randomized into control group and observation group,with 62 cases in each group. Control group were given Conventional anti-infection, cleaning wound and anti-bacterial treatment combined with functional train- ing. On the basis of functional training, observation group were given Supplemented Chinese Angelica Frigid Extremities Decoc- tion,one dose each day and for continuous use of 4 weeks. The clinical effects and the changes of relevant indicators in both groups after the treatment were observed. Results： The excellent and good effective rate was 77.4% , higher than the 61.3% in control group,with statistical significance （P 〈0.05）. The range if the total active movement, index of the tunction of upper limbs, muscle force of single hand in observation group got obvious improvement when compared with before treatment and control group, with significant difference （ P 〈 O. 05 ）, The pain relief time, wound healing time, hospital stay duration in obsetvation gruup were greatly shorter than these in control group,with significmlt difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Supplemented Chinese Angel- ica Frigid Extremities Decoction combined with fnnetional training has definite efficacy on the postoperation of hand injury.
