摘  要:为了研究大型LNG工厂开工复产问题及原因,以某大型LNG工厂开工复产情况为依据,结合AHP法数学建模。研究表明,使用AHP法可将模糊定性的问题汇总量化为科学权重,有效解决了因数据不足、量化标准不一而造成的分析瓶颈,降低了复产风险。该工程中三台压缩机正常启动是正常开工的关键。三机启动后要注意安全隐患的发生,同时不能延误工期影响生产。下步可针对开工难点及生产难点进行流程、设备上的改造。找出节能降耗与系统平稳共赢点。In order to study large LNG plant construction and production recovery and analyze the reasons, mathematical modeling is done on the basis a large LNG plant construction and production, combining with AHP method. Studies show that fuzzy qualitative problems can be summarized to quantified scientific weight by AHP method, which effectively solves the bottle-neck issue and reduces the risk of production recovery due to insufficient data and inconsistent quantitative standards. Proper start-up of three compressors in this project is the key to the normal operation. Attention shall be paid to the potential safety hazard after start-up and at the same time construction period can't be delayed. At the next step, renovation shall be performed for construction difficulties and production difficulties in terms of process and equipment to find out the win-win point between energy saving and stable system.
