校企共建药学类研究生学术交流平台的探索与实践

摘　　要：文章基于对中国制药行业现状和药学类研究生培养中突出问题的分析,提出以校企共建研究生学术交流平台为教学改革突破点,通过搭建多形式、多层次的学术交流平台,提升药学类研究生的创新能力和综合素质,在为企业提供技术、研发和高层次人才支持的同时,也促进了高校科研成果转化和应用,实现互利双赢。Based on the analysis of the current status of China＇s pharmaceutical industry and the prominent problems in the training of pharmacy graduate students,it was proposed to build an academic exchange platform together by schools and enterprises for graduate students as a breakthrough in the educational reform. By setting up multi-form and multi-level academic exchange platform,pharmacy students are expected to enhance the innovation ability and comprehensive quality. As a consequence,the platform not only provides enterprises with support in technology,research and development,and high-level personnel,it also promotes the transformation and application of scientific achievement in universities to achieve mutual benefit and a win-win situation.
