民营中小企业持久竞争优势的构建研究——以电商企业“趣分期商城”为例

摘　　要：现今民营中小企业广泛兴起,但也面临着业内的激烈竞争。因此,民营中小企业必须构建自己独特的持久的竞争优势,才能在竞争中屹立不倒,占据市场中的一席之地,提高效益,把企业做强做大。特别是在现今激烈的市场竞争中的民营中小企业,以电商企业中的"趣分期商城"公司为例,应根据市场具体情况和自身条件以及行业特质等,构建出企业自身的持久的竞争优势,以期长足发展。Nowadays private middle and small- sized enterprises are springing up widely,yet they have to face vigorous competition in their specific industry. Therefore,private middle and small- sized enterprises should construct their own unique and lasting competitive advantages so as to win a place in the competition and the private market,and improve the efficiency to make the enterprise stronger and bigger. Especially nowadays in the intense market competition the middle and small- sized enterprises should,according to their concrete market situation,their own conditions,and the special features of the business etc.,construct their own lasting competitive advantages in order to develop fully in the long term. This article has made a case study of the electronic commerce enterprise ＂Interests in Installment Shopping Mall＂to illustrate this view of the author.
