服务学习理论对我国大学生志愿服务的启示

摘　　要：服务学习理论是20世纪下半叶在美国兴起的一种旨在将专业学习与社区服务相结合,运用所学知识思考、解决现实社会问题,以培养学生的求知能力和社会责任感的一种教育理念与教育方法,它在学习开始之前要求教师加强指导,学习过程中强调互利互惠,学习结束后则注重进行反思。受其启发,我国大学生志愿服务应在服务对象上加大面向社区的力度,服务内容与专业相结合,并在服务方式上注重反思。Service learning theory is an emerging educational idea and teaching method which is committed to integrate professional learning and community service to help learners to solve the present social problems and cultivate their learning ability and social responsibility. On one hand, it requires teachers to strengthen guidance; on the other hand, students can have mutual reciprocity and benefits in this learning process. The paper maintains that the students volunteer service in universities should nav more attention to the local communities, service content and service mode.
