摘　　要：高校辅导员虚拟学习共同体可为辅导员之间的经验交流与协作提供平台,对促进高校辅导员专业成长具有重要价值。高校辅导员虚拟学习共同体具有引领学生更好发展的共同愿景;能借助网络实现互助和共同进步;能通过高度相似的"价值、情感和信念"凝聚核心。高校辅导员虚拟学习共同体可以通过建立明晰的"空间"主题、实践共同的问题或项目、集成必要的学习资源、营造便捷舒心的学习氛围、组织丰富的在线和线下互动活动来构建。The establishment of a virtual learning community for University counselors provides a good platform for their mutual communication and collaboration, which is of great value to promoting the professional development of university counselors. The community has a common vision to lead the students to develop, achieves mutual help and common progress with the aid of network, and unites the core through highly similar ＂value, emotion and belief＂. In order to build the virtual learning community for university counselors, we should establish clear ＂space＂ themes, practice common issues or projects, integrate learning resources, create a convenient and comfortable learning atmosphere, and organize rich online or offline interactive activities.
