摘　　要：2016年"两学一做"学习教育活动在全国范围内迅速开展。为了提高教育活动效果,中国医科大学附属第一医院全科医学党支部在学习教育实践过程中创新了党员学习档案袋并进行了实践。实践表明,党员学习档案袋灵活方便,有利于促进党员进行自我反思,提高学习兴趣和成就感,受到了党员同志的好评。The activity tbr study and education of ＂Two Studies and One Action＂ is carried out rapidly around our country in 2016. To improve the quality of the education,the Party Branch of CMU General Medicine innovated the file portfolio in the study and education for the Party members,which shows that the file portfolio is convenient and received a favorable review from the Party members for it really promotes self reflection, study interests and sense of accomplishment.
