摘　　要：ESCC规范体系一直都在不断地发展和完善,近期对众多的规范进行了改版,增加了部分基础规范,补充了新的元器件类别的相关标准,提出了生产工艺过程能力认可的鉴定要求。介绍了ESCC标准体系的现状,对规范体系的最新变化进行了详细的分析,为我国宇航元器件标准体系的建立提供了一定的借鉴。ESCC specification system is developing and improving. Recently, many specifications are updated. And some basic specifications are published. Besides, several relevant standards for new component categories are supplemented. Moreover, the identification requirements for the capability approval of production process are proposed. The status of ESCC specification system is introduced, and the latest changes of detail, which provides a reference for the establishment of the components in our country. the system are analyzed in standard system of aerospace
