摘　　要：清嘉庆朝《刑科题本》是国家清史编纂委员会出版的档案丛刊,其中收录嘉庆朝安康区域内的案件20起。这些案件看似简单,多为凶杀等民间暴力斗殴事件,但在刑科史料之外,其为文学提供了大量的题材、人物、叙事、语言等方面的资料,为文学创作提供一定的素材。Legal Case Records of Grand Secretariat is an archives collection, which is published by Qing-Dynasty History Editorial De- partment of China. There are about 20 cases occurred in Ankang included in this record book. The cases, seemingly uncomplicated, are just murders and other violent incidents, which offer subject, dramatis personae, story, language for literary writing, besides being a legal case records.
