摘　　要：人民陪审员制度改革是落实人民主权原则、保障群众有序参与司法的必然要求,是扩大司法民主、促进司法公正、提升司法公信的重要途径。安康市汉滨区法院作为人民陪审员制度改革试点单位,在人民陪审员选任方式、大合议庭审理案件、"事实审"与"法律审"职权分离、"社区宣誓"仪式等方面进行了有益的探索和实践,取得了一定的成效,但同时也存在人民陪审员选任机制不健全、人民陪审员参审规定不完善、人民陪审员履职保障不完备等问题。因此,应进一步加强人民陪审员选任方式、参审规定、履职保障等方面的改革创新力度,以推动人民陪审员制度的不断完善。The reform of people＇ s juror system is an important way to implement the principle of people＇ s sovereignty and guarantee the orderly participation of the masses in jurisdiction. It is also an important way to expand judicial democracy, promote judicial justice and promote judicial credibility. As the experimental unit of reform of people＇ s jurors system, the court of Hanbin District of Ankang City carried out a series of reforms in people＇s jurors election, trials of large collegiate bench, the separation of power of judicial review and legal examination, community oath as well as some problems like incomplete election mechanisms, participation of trial, and safeguards of performs of duties of jurors. The people＇ s jurors are not perfect, the people＇ s jurors are not perfect, the people＇ s jurors are not perfect, the people＇ s jurors are not perfect, and the people＇ s jurors＇ performance of their duties is not perfect and so on. Some suggestions was made in the reform of election mechanismss, listing of fact-finding procedures, comparative isolation of jurors, combinations of appointment by court and random selection, and safeguards of performance of duties for the improvemetn of people＇ s jurors system.
