摘 要:BZ28-2S,BZ34-1N等油田明下段储层岩性较为疏松,孔隙发育,连通性好,颗粒间主要充填伊蒙混层和高岭石,另见少量绿泥石、菱铁矿和黄铁矿。水敏酸敏性强,常规酸化无法有效解堵。为此,提出了新型有机酸体系MSC-1,开展岩心成分、敏感性、酸液岩心溶蚀、螯合、缓蚀、配伍性实验,通过研究储层的损害类型和分析储层中矿物含量,进而优化出了酸化工作液体系,形成了以有机酸为主的酸液体系。现场应用表明,该酸化工作液对酸敏砂岩储层进行酸化是适用的,在BZ28-2S,BZ34-1N油田的应用取得了明显的增产效果。The reservoir lithology of Ming formation in BZ28-2S and BZ34-1N oilfield is good pore development, good communication, particles are filled mainly with illite smectite and kaolinite, with a small amount of chlorite, siderite and pyrite.As strong water sensitive and acid sensitive feature, the conventional acidizing is not effective. This paper presents a new organic acid system MSC-1, carry out experiment on core composition, sensitive analysis, acid core dissolution, chelation, corrosion, compatibility test. By the analysis reservoir damage type study and reservoir mineral content to optimize the acidification fluid system,formed an organic-based acid system. Field application shows that this fluid is effective for acid-sensitive sandstone reservoir. The application in BZ28-2S and BZ34-1N oilfield has achieved significant stimulation effect.
