摘  要:采用水蒸气蒸馏、石油醚提取法提取胡椒花挥发油,考察不同提取方法对胡椒花挥发油化学成分的影响。用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对2种挥发油中化学成分及其相对含量进行对比分析,结果表明,两种提取方法所得挥发油经GC-MS分析共鉴定出51种化学成分,共有成分有11种,含量最高的均为环己烷。石油醚提取挥发油成分单一,水蒸气蒸馏所得挥发油成分多样,以多种结构倍半萜烯为主。该研究为胡椒花挥发油的提取及其进一步开发利用提供依据。To study the effect of different extraction methods on the chemical composition of volatile oils from the flowers of Piper nigrum,steam distillation,petroleum ether extraction were used to extract the volatile oil the flowers of Piper nigrum. The components and the relative content of the oil were separated and identified by GC- MS. Results showed that the yields of volatile oils extracted by two methods were 0. 10% and 0. 18%,respectively,51 kinds of chemical composition and 11 kinds of common components were identified. Among them cyclohexane was highest in both extracts. The volatile oil extracted from petroleum ether was relatively single,while that from steam distillation was varied with various structures of sesquiterpenes. The study provided a certain basis for the extraction of volatile oils from the flowers of Piper nigrum and its further exploitation.
