摘　　要：针对当前应用型本科院校培养学生与企业需求脱节的问题,基于OBE教育理念和生物工程专业特点,将OBE教学模式引入到生物工程专业教学中,以学生为中心,以成果为导向,改进人才培养方案和教学体系,探究生物工程专业教学改革实施关键,将企业需求与高校人才培养充分融合,提升人才培养质量,以期为本科院校高级应用型人才培养提供一定的参考。To provide a reference for advanced practical talents training in colleges,the OBE teaching model was introduced into the Biological Engineering speciality teaching,and improved talents training programs and teaching systems were introduced based on OBE ideas. The keys to the implementation of teaching reform of Biological Engineering speciality were discussed for the current issue of students from applied colleges out of touch with business needs,the enterprise needs and the university talents training were integrated to enhance the quality of talents training.
