摘　　要：通过对我国目前医学信息专业人才培养基本现状进行研究与分析,探索医学大数据背景下人才培养新模式,通过调整培养目标定位、完善专业课程设置体系、整理教学方法及教学内容,探索提出基于KAQ理论的人才培养新模式,为建立和完善医学信息学复合型人才培养提供切实可行的方向。Through researching and analyzing present basic situation of cultivation model in medical informatics major in China,the paper is to explore a new cultivation model on the basis of medical database. While regulating cultivation orientation,developing specialty curriculum system,renewing teaching methods and reorganizing teaching content,we put forward a new cultivation model based on KAQ theory which will provide a feasible and practical guidance for the establishment and improvement of cultivation model of versatile graduates in medical informatics major.
