摘  要:3D打印作为一种增材制造技术,因其具有无需模具、支持个性化及复杂结构成型、节省材料等优势,逐渐受到关注并开始应用于医疗、航空航天等领域。铁科院铁建所轨道工程事业部于2015年创建了三维打印实验室,制定了在轨道工程领域探索3D打印技术应用的研究规划,提出从辅助研发、辅助制造、结构优化和改善现有结构性能等4个方面开展研究。应用3D打印技术辅助轨道结构研发和零部件制造已经取得了初步成效;在优化设计方面进行了初步尝试;在改善现有结构性能方面提出了2个研究方向。3D Printing(3DP) as an additive manufacturing technology has been gradually noticed for its capability of mouldless manufacturing,individual design of product,complex structure,and material saving,and so on.It is applied to the fields of medical treatment,aerospace industry,and so on.A 3DP laboratory was established by Track Engineering Department of Railway Engineering Research Institute of CARS in 2015.The research plan of 3DP technology in field of track engineering was made.The research will be carried out from 4 aspects:assist of track structure research assist of track components manufacture,track structure optimization,and performance improving of existing track components.Some initial results were achieved in assist of track structure research and track components manufacture,several attempt practices were carried out in track structure optimization,and two research orientations were proposed in performance improving of existing structure.
