摘 要:依托合(肥)福(州)铁路闽赣段金山顶隧道新增救援疏散隧道工程,采用动力有限元数值模拟方法,分析不同隧道间距、围岩级别、单响药量情况下爆破振动对邻近既有高速铁路隧道衬砌动力响应的影响规律。研究结果表明:围岩级别和单响药量一定,既有隧道迎爆侧衬砌振速峰值随着隧道间距的增大而减小;隧道间距和单响药量一定,既有隧道迎爆侧衬砌振速峰值随着围岩级别的提高而增大;既有隧道迎爆侧衬砌动拉应力峰值随着隧道间距的增大而减小,当隧道间距<3D(D为救援通道洞室宽度)时单响药量占主导地位;当隧洞间距>3D时隧道间距占主导地位,单响药量的变化对衬砌的影响不大。根据衬砌的安全振动速度标准及动拉应力允许峰值,提出了爆破作业单响药量控制值。According to the new rescue and evacuation project of gold peak tunnel in Fujian-Jiangxi section of Hefei-Fuzhou railway,the influence of blasting vibration on dynamic response of adjacent existing high speed railway tunnel lining in the condition of different tunnel spacing,surrounding rock grade and single fire dynamite was analyzed by using the dynamic finite element numerical simulation method.The research results show that the vibration velocity peak value of blasting side lining in existing tunnel decreases with the increase of tunnel spacing when the surrounding rock grade and single fire dynamite are constant,the vibration velocity peak value of blasting side lining in existing tunnel increases with surrounding rock grade increasing when the tunnel spacing and single fire dynamite are constant,the dynamic tensile stress peak of blasting side lining in existing tunnel decreases with the increase of tunnel spacing,the effect of single fire dynamite is dominant when the tunnel spacing is less than three times the cave width of rescue channel named D,the effect of tunnel spacing is dominant when the tunnel spacing is larger than 3D,and the change of single fire dynamite has little influence on tunnel lining.The control value of single fire dynamite in blasting operation was presented according to the standard of safety vibration velocity and allowable peak of dynamic tensile stress.
