摘  要:对我国高速铁路无砟轨道小阻力扣件复合垫板锈蚀情况进行现场调研,掌握了复合垫板使用情况及锈蚀情况。单件复合垫板耐腐蚀试验结果表明,复合垫板经盐雾试验后基本不会出现锈蚀现象。组装状态的复合垫板耐腐蚀试验结果表明,与钢轨组装后的复合垫板经盐雾试验后会有锈蚀现象。经分析,认为组装后复合垫板锈蚀的机理和电偶腐蚀产生的原因为:不锈钢板和钢轨之间因材质不同存在电位差,从而构成宏电池并产生电偶电流,该电流造成了不锈钢板接触面的局部腐蚀。最后给出了复合垫板的防锈对策。The corrosion of the composite tie plate under small resistance fastening used for high speed railway ballastless track in China was investigated,and the service situation and corrosion of the composite tie plate were grasped.The results of corrosion resistance test of one-piece composite tie plate show that the composite tie plate will not be corroded after salt spray test.The results of corrosion resistance test of assembly composite tie plate show that the composite tie plate after assembled with the rail will be corroded after the salt spray test.The mechanism of composite tie plates corrosion and the cause of galvanic corrosion were analyzed.The potential difference exists between stainless steel plate and rail due to the material difference.These two kinds of metal constitute the macrocell,which produces the galvanic current.The galvanic current causes the local corrosion of the contact surface of stainless steel plate.Finally,the anti-rust measures of composite tie plate were given.
