摘  要:采用有限元分析软件ANSYS,结合疲劳与磨耗耦合模型,分析朔黄铁路神池南站钢轨裂纹疲劳与磨损的行为机制。结果表明:裂纹扩展速率明显大于钢轨表面的磨耗速率,钢轨破坏形式以疲劳破坏为主;随着裂纹的不断扩展,其扩展速率由快变慢,当裂纹扩展到600μm时,其扩展速率达到最大;在裂纹初始扩展阶段,裂纹扩展方向基本与行车方向一致;当裂纹长度大于600μm后,裂纹扩展方向发生了改变(沿着与起始阶段相反的方向扩展),形成鱼钩形裂纹,导致钢轨表面出现剥离掉块。The behavior mechanism of rail crack fatigue and wear in Shenchi south station yard of Shuozhou-Huanghuagang railway was analyzed by adopting the finite element analysis software ANSYS and combining with the fatigue and wear coupling model.The results show that the crack propagation rate is significantly greater than the wear rate of the rail surface,fatigue failure is the main mode of rail failure.The propagation rate is from fast to slow with the constant propagation of the rail crack and the propagation rate is maximum when the crack length is 600 μm.The crack propagation direction is basically the same as the driving direction in the initial crack propagation stage.The crack propagation direction extends along the opposite direction of the initial phase and forms the hook-type crack after the crack length is greater than 600 μm,which leads to the splitting of rail surface.Specific technical measures and suggestions for reducing and alleviating the splitting phenomenon of switch rail in Shenchi south station yard were put forward in this paper.
